not failing in the diet

The chances of failure are high in the diet if you follow a diet too restrictive, you have the supervision of a specialist or get the motivation of others, and if even before you have failed in the attempt.

However, there are ways to avoid a diet and fail to achieve the objective without making great efforts, such as:

- Ten to reach some of the foods allowed in your diet to cope with anxiety attacks. They are good at calming hunger fruit, nuts, an infusion, among others.

- Drink plenty of fluids. Fill the stomach, eliminates toxins and purifies the body.

- Do activities that calm your anxiety go for a walk, read, listen to music, watch funny things on the internet, etc..

- Do not tell everyone you’re on a diet (that they realize when they see you with your new shape), but there will be several that you will remember later.

- Keep a notebook handy to record what, how and why you ate. This allows you to make tracking your eating habits so you can make adjustments.

metabolism to diets

Accelerate your metabolism to lose weight is a strategy pursued by many nutritionists when they see the other diets fail. Why not help us starve to lose weight and that serves to accelerate our metabolism?

Engine 1: Eating according to the time of day

It’s a mistake to believe that fat people get fat by eating too much. Overweight people eat no more, almost never eat breakfast. Many of my patients get up in the morning without hunger, but in the afternoon is when the anxiety attacks are horrible.

Do you know what is the trick to speed up the metabolism and achieve weight loss? Breakfast! Besides speeding up the metabolism breakfast helps weight loss by preventing anxiety attacks in the afternoon. Breakfast helps you lose weight if it occurs less than 1 hour after rising. Breakfast 2 hours after waking is good for losing weight because you lose the effect of the decrease appetite and increase metabolism. Sometimes the breakfast of fat is only a coffee or a Juguito (juice). Lunch arrives and still not hungry but the anxiety attacks are uncontrollable in the afternoon. It is vital, therefore, have breakfast even without hunger to be more than satisfied to prevent hunger-anxiety in the afternoon and speed up metabolism.

overweight children

Obesity in 2006, 12.4% of the population, or 6 million people. Overweight meanwhile, 29.2% for people, or 14 million people. You should know that being overweight affects more men than women. Children are not spared, because 1 in 6 children is overweight. We must therefore make an effort to get tested on children at risk.

It is very important to follow the path of the curve of body size or body mass index, which varies by age. Normally this curve increases the first year of birth, then begins to decrease until the age of 6, because the child will usually grow faster than it is fatter. The rise of the curve of body mass index, occurs around age 6, he called the “adiposity rebound”. If the adiposity rebound occurs before 6 years, this factor will indicate a real risk of obesity later. Over the adiposity rebound will occur early in the life of the child, the greater the risk of obesity is high.
