lose weight by drinking milk

Drink milk to lose weight is it possible?

What efforts would you make to do to lose weight by drinking milk?

Is it conceivable to drink milk to lose weight? Dairy products can really help to lose weight? Many of us have heard of the famous American commercials showing various celebrities with a milk mustache and the sentence that said to drink milk to lose weight. Is this true?

es dairy experts say that drinking milk can help you lose weight. They recommend adding 3 milk products to our daily diet. To lose weight you should drink varieties of dairy products without fat. But experts also say that milk should not you forgetting to reduce daily calorie intake and exercise. Drinking milk helps weight loss true, but not without further efforts either.

The general recommendation is to drink 70 cl (the equivalent of slightly more than 2 cans of soda) of milk per day (equivalent to 3 servings of dairy products). Many doctors and health professionals also believe that milk can cause us to lose weight, especially around the waist (where it is most difficult to lose). They also believe that drinking more milk helps keep the muscle mass that we are supposed to build / maintain through exercise.

Another advantage that experts in dairy highlight is that milk and other dairy products are felt satiety faster. This means you’ll be able to eat less if you drink milk as a snack between meals for example, or before starting a meal. The proteins found in dairy products require more time for our body to be digested because of a content-rich water. That is why we feel a full stomach before drinking milk.

Furthermore, we all know that dairy products provide calcium. Milk is recognized as the best source of calcium. But is that calcium may help you lose weight? Some experts say no.

Thus, a 2005 U.S. study was conducted on children who consumed more than 3 servings of dairy products per day. The conclusion of the study was that children gained weight. The study also showed mixed results when it comes to whether the calcium in milk may accelerate the elimination of fat in our body.

However, we must remember that dairy experts recommend eating just 3 servings of dairy products per day, and not more than 3 servings (which is the case in the study in question).

In this context, 3 other U.S. studies were conducted by the same group of researchers. 30 people were in each study. The researchers found that people who consumed 3 dairy products a day lost more weight and more fat than those who do not eat at all. The researchers also suggested that calcium, even taken alone as a nutritional supplement for example, can help people lose weight. And if calcium is added to milk products, the effect of weight loss will be amplified, the researchers said.

However, another U.S. study found that people who ate more dairy products showed no significant difference with those who ate very little.

The researchers of this study claim that milk is not healthy for humans. They claim that milk can cause the mucus to accumulate in our bodies. This mucus can cause complications of sinus, asthma and digestive problems.

These researchers are advising people not to consume milk products for 7 days (after having eaten for several days) and see the difference. They were betting that people will feel better without consuming milk.

Who should you believe? In fact, the decision is yours. You can try to consume 3 servings of dairy products per day while reducing your daily calorie intake and see what happens. Or you can abandon then any consumption of dairy products again and see what happens in weight.

There are controversial issues about everything, including about dairy products. To believe or not believe that drinking milk can lose weight also depends on the efforts that everyone agrees to. Stop consuming dairy products entirely is probably difficult, for example chocolate is made from milk. But one thing is certain, drink milk just without making other changes in lifestyle (dietary changes and exercise) will not lose weight. If milk was a miracle drug for weight loss without any effort, this would be a very long time!
