Diet Last MinuteThis type of diet and ‘very quick and efficient enough to be called a diet last minute, it lasts five days and could miss up to 2 to 3 kilograms.

Last minute diet
First day

Breakfast: Drink a fruit juice (without sugar) and eat three rice cakes flavored with honey.
morning (11am) 1 fruit choice.
Lunch: a sandwich stuffed with raw ham from which you took away the fat.
afternoon (17) 1 fruit choice.
Dinner: eat meat grilled with salad (seasoned only with 1 teaspoon of oil)
Second day
Breakfast: Drink a fruit juice (without sugar), eat two fruits of your choice, drink coffee ‘barley with only 1 teaspoon of sugar.
morning (11am) 1 fruit choice.
Lunch: eat the tuna in brine and boiled shrimp accompanied by a mixed salad.
afternoon (17): 1 fruit choice.
Dinner: eat a plate of spaghetti al pomodoro, for a second salad (seasoned only with 1 teaspoon of oil)

Third day

Breakfast: eat a yogurt with cereal, drink coffee ‘with only 1 teaspoon of sugar.
morning (11 hours): 1 fruit choice
Lunch: a sandwich stuffed Bresaola with rocket and parmesan.
afternoon (17): 1 fruit choice.
Dinner: eat the fish cooked in foil, accompanied by mixed vegetables seasoned with a teaspoon of oil

Fourth Day

Breakfast: 1 coffee drink ‘with one teaspoon of sugar and not eat a brioche stuffed
morning (11am) 1 fruit choice
Lunch: eat a small slice of pizza margherita ‘
Meta ‘afternoon (17): 1 fruit choice
Dinner: eat the white meat in a pan with salad (seasoned only with 1 teaspoon of oil)

Fifth Day

Breakfast: Fruit juice unsweetened, 2 slices bread with jam, coffee ‘of barley, 1 teaspoon sugar
morning (11 hours) a fruit of your choice
Lunch: eat of mixed vegetables seasoned with one teaspoon of oil and grilled meat
afternoon (17): 1 fruit choice
Dinner: 1 boiled egg eaten accompanied by a bruschetta stuffed with very little oil and tomato, the ’salad seasoned with 1 teaspoon oil
