Low CalorieThis tasty recipe is an ideal food for all those people who perform a low-calorie diet include in their specific and that the tomato is a fruit excellent for its vitamin C and A.

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes large round
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
finely chopped parsley, to taste
2 tablespoons grated cheese (low calorie)
breadcrumbs (low calorie) quantity required

Preparation:

First slice the tomatoes into slices about an inch thick on a plate and reserve. In a bowl beat eggs with chopped garlic cloves, chopped parsley, to taste and grated tablespoons low calorie.
