Besides speeding up the metabolism breakfast helps weight loss by preventing anxiety attacks in the afternoon. Breakfast helps you lose weight if it occurs less than 1 hour after rising. Breakfast 2 hours after waking is good for losing weight because you lose the effect of the decrease appetite and increase metabolism. Sometimes the breakfast of fat is only a coffee or a Juguito (juice). Lunch arrives and still not hungry but the anxiety attacks are uncontrollable in the afternoon. It is vital, therefore, have breakfast even without hunger to be more than satisfied to prevent hunger-anxiety in the afternoon and speed up metabolism.
