Dangers Of Obesity

This arises simply because the balance between energy intake (food) and energy (motion) is disrupted. Too much energy from food is stored in the form of fat. Obesity is thus both determined by overeating, and by lack of exercise.

Weight is a personal matter. A good weight is a weight where you feel comfortable and your health is not threatened.
